Your profile, username, streak and tokens are waiting — here is how to get back in. The new LangX is a new app with a new sign-in. Your old password does not carry over, but everything else does: your username, your profile, your languages, your day streak, your token balance and your conversations with anyone who has also come back. ## How to get in Use the **same email address** you used before, and either of these: * **Reset your password.** On the sign-in screen tap *Forgot password?*, enter your old email, and follow the link we send you. Choose a new password and sign in with it. * **Continue with Google or Apple.** If that account uses the same email address, it signs you straight in. Do **not** create a new account. Your old profile belongs to your old email address; a fresh account under a different address would start from zero. ## What you will see The first time you sign in, a *Welcome back* screen lists what came back: your @username, your streak, your converted token balance and a welcome-back bonus, plus any conversations that were restored. If you had a large token balance in the old app you may also find a lifetime plan waiting. ## Something missing? * **No reset email?** Check spam, and make sure it is the address you used in the old app — a different address has no account behind it. * **A form asked for your details?** Some old profiles were incomplete. The form is pre-filled with what we had; finish it and the rest is restored. * **A conversation is gone?** Chat history only returns once **both** people are back.
